Return Policy

At Thenga Coco, every product is handcrafted from natural coconut shells and other sustainable materials. Since each product is made from nature, no two pieces are exactly alike. Slight variations in size, shape, colour, grain, texture, and finish are part of the product's natural beauty and should not be considered defects.

Natural Variations

Our products are made using real coconut shells and handcrafted by skilled artisans. Natural markings, colour differences, and slight variations are unique characteristics of each piece. These variations make every product one of a kind and are not eligible for return, replacement, or refund.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

We take great care in packing every order. However, if your order arrives damaged during transit or you receive an incorrect product, please contact us within 4 days of delivery.

To process your request, please send:

• Your order number
• Clear photographs of the damaged or incorrect product
• Images of the outer packaging

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will arrange a free replacement.

Returns & Exchanges

Returns and exchanges are accepted only for products purchased directly from the Thenga Coco website. Products purchased through Amazon, Flipkart, Etsy, or any other third-party marketplace are subject to the return policy of the respective platform.

Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, returns, exchanges, and refunds for reasons such as natural variations, change of mind, or personal preference are generally not accepted.

If a return is approved, the product must be unused, in its original condition, and returned with all original labels and packaging intact. Products returned without original packaging or labels may not be eligible for replacement or refund.

Refunds

Refunds are processed only when a replacement cannot be provided or in exceptional cases approved by Thenga Coco. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within the applicable processing period.

Order Cancellation

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. If a shipped order is cancelled or refused after dispatch, the applicable shipping charges will be deducted from the refund amount, and only the remaining balance will be credited to your original payment method.
